Oak Class have been thinking about Remembrance Day this week by making fruit and craft poppies.





Oak Class have been making coconut barfi, listening to the Rama and Sita story, role play in the home corner with diva lights and pretty jewellery, independently making character puppets in the craft area, lantern making and using our senses to explore different spices.




This week Oak Class have been learning about number 9. They have been busy outside making part whole models and ordering numbers on the washing line.

In Science this week, we considered evidence to support ideas about the shape of the Earth. We asked some really good questions and debated different ideas.

Oak Class loved creating art using balloons and glittery sand to make firework designs.


















Chestnut Class have enjoyed looking at the book Supertato and creating their own ideas and writing based on this. Look at our fantastic Supertatoes and our super hero poses!



























Chestnut Class have spent the last few weeks making sculpture boats inspired by their learning on Ernest Shackleton.







We have been developing our hand-eye co-ordination in our P.E. lessons in order to improve our tennis skills.



Sycamore Class have been carrying out lots of different investigations to do with forces. We have been looking in particular at pushes and pulls and how many Newtons it takes to carry out one of these forces.
