PTA

Here is an update from the PTA from Summer 2024.

We are a group of parents, staff and friends of the school.  We organise many events in school, some to raise money to buy lovely new things to make our school even better, some to provide fun events for the children to enjoy.  We are available on the playground to chat and especially on Fridays when we run our tuck shop.  If you do want to get in touch, you can email us on: pta@netherkellet.lancs.sch.uk

We currently have our 100 Club draw in place for this year.  There are still numbers available for anyone who wishes to buy one!  Please see the letter below for information:

Events we organise include:

• Termly school discos and tuck shop
• Summer fairs
• Tuck shops for home football matches
• Cake sales
• Charity fundraisers
• Movie nights
• Walks in the summer
• Hiking challenges
• Burns’ Night social
• Sponsored fun events

……..and we are always looking for new ideas for fundraising and fun family activities.

Recently, we have raised money to help pay for our new adventure playground.  In the past, the money we have raised has paid for new iPads, a climbing frame and ice-creams at the end of term and on visits.
