Oak Class had a fantastic trip to Wildlife Oasis yesterday. We had the opportunity to handle some animals, make Christmas crackers for the meerkats, watch the arctic foxes and the Scottish wild cats being fed Christmas themed treats, had a lovely buffet and met Santa and then we finished the day off by exploring the indoor zoo and playing some of the animal themed games outside.
Sycamore Class have enjoyed using clay to make our own sarcophagus to link in with our learning on Ancient Egypt.

For their D&T project this term, Sycamore Class created pulleys to make Santa pop up and down a chimney.

Oak Class had a great time doing the Elf Run today! Don’t forget to get your sponsors in for St John’s Hospice!
We all had a fab Christmas dinner today! We had lovely food, crackers and some awful jokes!
Oak Class have had a wonderful couple of weeks taking part in lots of different Christmas activities. We have written letters to Santa, been to the post box to post them, made cookies and ate them in the park, done our Elf Run, had a Christmas dinner, did lots of Christmas crafts and so much more. We even had a wonderful afternoon decorating cakes and biscuits thanks to one of our parents! Thank you so much for bringing in everything we needed! We had a fab time and they were delicious!
