Lego Robotics

Year 2 had a wonderful time learning how to make their Lego Robotics move using an iPad. We had to build a ferris wheel.

Sports Leaders

Mr Wilcock has been teaching Beech Class how to be Sports Leaders. They will now be able to run activities for the younger children at lunchtime.

Learning about length

Chestnut Class have been learning about length this week.

Willow Workshop

All the classes took part in a willow workshop this week. We now have a beautiful tunnel to go with our willow dome.

Natural Easter Eggs

Oak Class went on a hunt to find natural objects to decorate some Easter eggs.

Numicon Biscuits

Oak Class had a great time making Numicon biscuits to help with their Maths. They then decorated them during our Stay and Play session.

Maritime Museum and Morecambe

Beech Class had a wonderful trip to Morecambe and the Maritime Museum in Lancaster.

NISCU day

NISCU came in to do an assembly about Easter to the whole school and then helped Beech Class to write some Easter poetry.

Sycamore Class Assembly

Sycamore Class did a brilliant job in their assembly about the water cycle as well as showing off their ukulele skills.

Chestnut’s Trip to Sealife

Chestnut Class had a wonderful trip to Sealife Blackpool last week. We learnt lots about different sea creatures and even had time for a little run on the beach in the sunshine!
