We all wore yellow and blue to raise money for Ukraine. It was lovely to see the support from everyone!
We painted acrylic paintings in the style of Maggie Hambling’s wave paintings. We used our paintings as inspiration for our textile work depicting waves. We used applique and a range of textiles, threads, sequins and beads to create waves and movement.

We used a combination of screen printing and etching to create our designs based on tropical fruit to link with our work on the Amazon rainforest.
We had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day. There were some amazing costumes and it was lovely to see them all!
We have had a wonderful delayed Children in Need day with pyjamas, wacky hair of LOTS of cakes. Thank you to everyone who took part and to everyone who donated cakes for the sale.

Our Year 5s and 6s did amazingly well at yesterday’s Athletics tournament at LMC. They came second and we are all very proud of them!
